Hello! We’ll be gearing up for Soc Cinema (May 6) and discussing the symposium (May 20) and elections.  The meeting will be held on Monday, April 27 in HUB 110 at 5:30pm. Come to do any of the following:

• Meet cool new people.
• Be an officer next year.
• Get involved in meaningful work.

Hello everybody!We are having our weekly meeting on Monday, April 20 in our usual location, HUB 110, at 5:30pm.  We’ll be talking our upcoming events, such as our Soc Cinema and the Sociology Undergraduate Symposium.  This is a great opportunity for you to get to know other sociology students and those interested in sociology as well as gain leadership experience.  And very soon, we’ll be having elections and need officers for next year.  I hope to see you tomorrow!Cheers,SophiaSSA President

Dear Fellow students of all departments,  on Thursday April 16 2009 at 3:15-5:15pm HUB 304D, it is our pleasure to inform you that we (SSA) are having a very Fun event called FFL.

You are welcomed to join us for the very exiting one and half hours of games and fun, where we will play charades, have FREE FOOD (did you just say free food?) and meet new cool people.

We’ll be having our SSA meeting on Monday, April 13 in Suzzallo 335 at 5:30pm.  Come to get involved, gain leadership experience, and meet new people!  We’ll be getting ready for our events (FFL, Soc Cinema, and Sociology Undergraduate Symposium) and have a great time.

Jumpstart your day at Soc Cafe, which will be on the second floor of Condon on Monday from 8am to 3pm.  We’d appreciate a 50-cent donation to keep this going.
